DESIGN DRAUGHT
December, 1996 opened Karen and Frank Stricker for the first time the restaurant Zippelhaus.
The creation of the 460 square metre restaurant area connects the historical ambience with a contemporary catering trade experience. Brick-coloured red brick structures, bright oaken parquet and original-cast-iron columns provide a warm atmosphere by skilful lighting effects.

The generous rooms are divided into Entree, vinothek, bar and an elegant hall.
GALLERY DRAUGHT
To serve the draught, culinary pleasures in historical surroundings, it is rounded by varying exhibitions of modern painting. Three to four times in the year new exhibitions are introduced always with a specially created menu, co-ordinated on the topic of the respective artist.
